Privacy is the right of an individual to determine when, how and to what extent they share information about themselves with others
It is the patient’s right to control the collection, use and disclosure of information
Every service user have the right to be cared for in an environment that protect their body and promote dignity
Every service user has the right to be afforded privacy in treatment and in caring for his or her personal needs.
